- No Obligation Home Evaluation – Every person’s situation is unique. I want to meet and learn about your goals so I can create a plan that is right for you. However, if you decide that I am not the best fit after our meeting, you are under no obligation to work with me.
- Knowledge – As a Kansas City native and an experienced Realtor, I have extensive knowledge of the real estate market and the home selling process. Yet, I am constantly attending workshops, classes and webinars to increase my real estate IQ, whether it’s for new technology or strategies for single-family, land, new construction, duplexes, condo, townhouse or investment properties.

We will bring in décor as appropriate and use virtual photography to enhance vacant rooms/homes too.
- Photos – Buyers will not pass up your home with the professional photographer I hire to take high-definition quality photos to display online, in print, and in videos for your marketing campaign. Aerial photos and floor plans will be utilized when appropriate.
- Extensive Marketing – Today, there are many different places buyers are looking to find their next home: the internet, social media, yard signs, their agent, open houses, direct mail and email marketing. I capitalize on each potential outlet to ensure that every potential buyer sees your home for sale.
- Detailed MLS Description – I will use this opportunity to announce your home for sale, telling a story to buyers so they can visualize how they could enjoy your home for themselves.
- Security – I will bring an electronic lock box, providing you peace of mind by allowing other agents access to your home with a one-day code that is trackable and more secure than manual lockboxes used in the past.
